Shipping and Local Pick Up Information

Canadian Flat Rate Shipping 

For orders under $200 CAD, shipping is a flat rate of $15 anywhere in Canada.

Shipping is free for orders over $200 CAD.

Please allow 2-5 business days for processing. 

All orders ship via Canada Post, and include tracking. Your tracking number will be sent through email once it has been generated. Please note that once your order leaves our hands, the delivery time may vary depending on many factors outside of our control. We are happy to help you navigate dealing with any lost or delayed packages, but ultimately Canada Post will be your best resource for problem solving. Always contact us for help, and we will direct you to the best way to move forward. 

 

US Shipping

For orders under $200 CAD, shipping is a flat rate of $18 anywhere in the US. 

Shipping is free for orders over $200 CAD.

All orders ship via Canada Post, then handed over to USPS, and include tracking. Your tracking number will be sent through email once it has been generated. Please note that once your order leaves our hands, the delivery time may vary depending on many factors outside of our control. We are happy to help you navigate dealing with any lost or delayed packages, but ultimately Canada Post/USPS will be your best resource for problem solving. Always contact us for help, and we will direct you to the best way to move forward. 

Orders may be subject to further customs/shipping fees and are outside of our control. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

International Shipping

International shipping is a flat rate of $25 for all orders. 

International shipping DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, please contact us directly before placing your order, and we would be happy to provide you with a quote. 

Please allow 2-5 business days for processing. After that, orders may take 6-12 weeks to arrive, depending on location. 

We ship via Canada Post, who will pass off shipping to the postal service in the destination's country. Please note that we have no control over the parcel once it has left our hands, and are unable to provide any assistance for missing packages, nor offer refunds. If you are worried about missing packages, please contact us prior to placing your order, and we will be happy to provide you with a quote for shipping that includes tracking. 

Local Pick Ups

You will receive an email once your order is ready for pick up, with instructions on how to schedule a time and date that will work best for you. Please allow us 2-4 business days to prepare your order for pick up. We do not offer pick ups on Sundays. Once your order is ready and a pick up time has been scheduled, your order will be waiting for you on the front porch for a contactless pick up. Please note that if your order is left for more than one hour past the scheduled pick up time, we will bring it back inside for safety reasons. If you are unable to make your schedule time, please contact us to reschedule, which we are more than happy to do!
